Calls GET /api/track-bin-listings?skipSupabase=1 every 20s only while enabled below. Leave this tab open. Scans do not upsert bin_listings (skipSupabase). With Discord deal alerts env set, each run walks Hypixel pages 0–4 (capped): every BIN is decoded one-by-one, allowlisted items (union of BIN_DEAL_ITEM_IDS and data/bin-deal-item-ids.json when that file exists — e.g. HYPERION,VALKYRIE,SCYLLA,ASTRAEA,DARK_CLAYMORE) get craft cost + Discord when margin clears (no DB upsert). Optional data/bin-deal-margins.json merges per-tag and global mins (edit on /craft-deal-margins) over BIN_DEAL_*MARGIN* env. Without deal env, the route returns retired (full snapshot sync removed). If a run is still in progress, the next tick is skipped (no overlap).
