Hypixel profile scans for tracked pet skins and inventory items.
Scan controls
Uses Hypixel keys from the server pool only (data/hypixel-api-config.json). Manual batch scans run on the website API and can run while the backlog drain is active on :3004. Applied scans pets with OG skins on; unapplied inventory scans PET_SKIN_* items in bags (290 profile requests per key per 5 minutes).

Manual backlog scan
One button: scan 6,000 UUIDs per batch (all Hypixel keys in parallel). When a batch finishes, another 6,000 starts automatically; when the full queue is drained it resets and cycles from the top again (~70k+ UUIDs). Automatic cron drain is off.
